Sweat is perfectly normal and is the way for the body to moderate the temperature, but the odor associated with it can be unpleasant and embarrassing. If you wash clothes and this looks clean and spotless but still contains underarm odor, it's time to try a new tactic to restore the fresh, clean clothes smell. Wash clothes that are odorous separately for not transferring it to the others.
Aspirin and cream of tartar
A mixture of aspirin and cream of tartar can be an effective treatment for persistent underarm odor. Mix three white aspirins unhedged in a bowl with a cup of warm water and a tablespoon of cream of tartar. Rubbed with a toothbrush paste in the underarm area on clothing and allows the mixture to remain in the garment for at least 20 minutes. Washed in the usual manner. Repeat three times, if necessary.
Sodium bicarbonate can often neutralize the odor caused by perspiration. Make a paste with baking soda and warm water and then rub the problem area. Leave the paste on the garment for 15 minutes or allowed to remain overnight. Washing the garment in the usual manner.
Try a salt solution to remove the unpleasant smell from the armpits of clothing. Dissolves several tablespoons of table salt in a bucket or bowl of warm water. Soaking the affected and then wash it garment.
Vinegar is a powerful odor neutralizer and perhaps you need to remove the lingering smell. Fill the washer with water and then add 1/3 cup of vinegar. Soak the garment for at least 10 minutes and then washed in usual manner. If necessary add 1/3 cup of vinegar during the wash cycle.
Hangs freshly washed under fresh air and sunlight rather than put them in the washing clothes. The odor can be difficult to remove after the heat of the dryer has settled the smell in the garment. Do not let the colored garments remain under the sunlight too long, as this may fade the colors.
