Side effects of too much vitamin B12

Vitamin B12 is essential for human life. It is found naturally in foods such as fish, meat and dairy products. Vitamin B12 is also available as a supplement, either through injections, tablets or gel is absorbed through the nose or mouth. B12 The recommended dose for adults is 2.4 micrograms per day. You can buy vitamin B12 in a health food store, but there are negative effects that can result from taking more than the recommended dose of this vitamin.

You can suffer from mild to severe acne, especially on the face, and folliculitis. The B12 supplement contains the essential vitamin necessary for the body, but may also contain other additives, such as iodine and sorbitol, which can cause a reaction. Excess iodine can cause various reactions, including gastrointestinal discomfort and a burning sensation in the mouth, while sorbitol blood can cause allergic reactions, dry mouth and feces.
